Flu shot appointment calendar

To book an appointment please choose an available time on the calendar, the first appointments will be taken on October 17th, and we are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5-7pm. Please book a slot for each person who will be getting a flu shot. 

Please remember:

1. To a wear a loose fitting shirt
2. Bring a completed consent form
3. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes after your injection
