If you have a new prescription you can either have your doctor fax us directly or you can text us a photo and we will pick up the original when we deliver it!

If you aren\u2019t transferring any prescriptions and you want to get started you can still use this form, or if you prefer give us a call or send us a text at 519-954-1055.<\/p>

Neil grew up in Waterloo and started studying at the University of Waterloo before attending pharmacy school in Toronto. He completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 and is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) ready to help with any of your diabetes related questions or goals. He is also trained to help you quit smoking. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Mike completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 at the University of Toronto then completed a 1-year post graduate residency at SickKids hospital. Mike brings a wide range of experience from working in a variety of pharmacy settings including hospital, community, and a health clinic at a family health team. He is also trained to help you quit smoking.
