How it works
Transfer or send us a new prescription
Transferring your prescriptions is free. All we need is your information and which pharmacy you are currently using, we will do the rest!
If you have a new prescription you can either have your doctor fax us directly or you can text us a photo and we will pick up the original when we deliver it!
No more refills? No problem, we can contact your doctor for you or in some cases we can extend the prescription for you.
Free delivery
When your prescription is ready we will confirm your delivery and bring it right to your door.

If you aren’t transferring any prescriptions and you want to get started you can still use this form, or if you prefer give us a call or send us a text at 519-954-1055.
If you send us a text with a picture of your prescription we can then collect the original copy upon delivery or when you pick up your prescription.

Neil grew up in Waterloo and started studying at the University of Waterloo before attending pharmacy school in Toronto. He completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 and is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) ready to help with any of your diabetes related questions or goals. He is also trained to help you quit smoking. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Neil bikes to work year round, in fact, you might see Neil delivering a prescription after work on his bicycle!

Mike completed his pharmacy degree in 2009 at the University of Toronto then completed a 1-year post graduate residency at SickKids hospital. Mike brings a wide range of experience from working in a variety of pharmacy settings including hospital, community, and a health clinic at a family health team. He is also trained to help you quit smoking. Mike enjoys hiking and travelling with his wife and son.
