get started today!
Transferring your prescriptions is easy, just fill out the form below and we will be in touch.
How it works
Transfer or send us a new prescription
Transferring your prescriptions is free. All we need is your information and which pharmacy you are currently using, we will do the rest!
If you have a new prescription you can either have your doctor fax us directly or you can text us a photo and we will pick up the original when we deliver it!
No more refills? No problem, we can contact your doctor for you or in some cases we can extend the prescription for you.
When your prescription is ready we will confirm your delivery and bring it right to your door.
Have a question?
Send us a text message, e-mail or call us on the phone 519-954-1055. We are accessible from 9am-7pm on weekdays and 9-2pm on Saturday.
If you aren’t transferring any prescriptions and you want to get started you can still use this form, or if you prefer give us a call or send us a text at 519-954-1055.
If you send us a text with a picture of your prescription we can then collect the original copy upon delivery or when you pick up your prescription.
