The first time I went there I walked in and my prescription was filled within 10 minutes and they addressed all of my questions and also provided other valuable information and recommendations. I also received a follow-up phone call from Neil to check in if I had any complications or other questions. I was amazed and so impressed with the quality of customer service. I have also had them do a free delivery for a prescription. They again followed up to check in with me to see if there were questions or concerns. I can’t recommend this company more. There are so many options, whether it is face-to-face, text support, phone calls, e-mails. This was already being done before the pandemic and how much more this is valued now with everything that is happening.
